Kindergarten At School Program Options

*Kindergarten programs are available as 45 or 90 minute programs. Cost for 45 minutes is $100 and 90 minutes is $200.

Biodiversity and Ecosystems

Program description: Students become detectives as they explore the school yard (or classroom) investigating living things with a focus on movement of different animals.

Curriculum connections: Children explore movement of objects, humans, and other animals; Children examine and describe surrounding environments; Children interpret instructions in various environments.

Landscape Changes and Human History on the Land

Program description: Students develop a sense of place by exploring their place in the community and the histories that connect us.

Curriculum connections: Children can identify natural and constructed objects in the environment; Children examine places in communities; Children explore self, others, and the past through expressions of traditions, cultures, and histories; Children explain how cooperation contributes to achieving common goals.

Dark Skies and Storytelling

Program description: Students develop a sense of place by exploring their place in the community and the histories that connect us while learning about the importance of dark skies for all living things.
