TEACHERS BOOKING AT SCHOOL OR OUTDOOR PROGRAMS:
***Please note, when booking online, you must click submit all reservations after the initial booking for the booking to be confirmed. If you are experiencing issues, please contact education@theweaselhead.com directly to book***
Availability calendar (please do not book outside of the field-trip season, May 1st to Oct 31st, without first contacting the Education Coordinator to discuss potential weather issues. Normally we run a maximum of three full-day field-trips per day. The number of field-trips currently available is shown below the date on the booking calendar below. The background colour indicates availability:
- Green background: maximum of 3 full-day field-trips available. (If when trying to book a ‘green’ day you get an error message saying ‘not available’ it means only half-day field-trips are still available. If you want to book a half-day please contact education@theweaselhead.com
- Orange background: 1 or 2 field trips available; please contact education@theweaselhead.com for details
- Red background: this date is fully booked
Once you have checked availability on the calendar above, you can book directly online or email the Education Coordinator at education@theweaselhead.com with the details: number of classes, number of students per class, program of choice, preferred dates (note: normally there is a maximum of 3 classes on the same day) and they will complete the booking for you.
Confirmation will be sent same day or following day: if you do not hear within three days please contact Sara @ 403-969-6084 or education@theweaselhead.com to check your booking has been received. If you have booked online, please ensure the confirm all bookings button has been pressed and you have received an email confirmation that your booking has been received.

Details of our agreement with you when you book a Society field-trip
