Pathways and River Cleanup 2025

Spring is here, summer’s ahead. It’s time to clean the Weaselhead!

You’re invited to join our great crew of volunteers as we pick up assorted litter in one of Calgary’s largest, most beautiful and diverse natural parks. We meet at ‘the Weasel-Shed’ in the NW corner of the Weaselhead parking lot, (66th avenue and 37th street SW) at 10 a.m., Sunday, May 4th. You’ll be provided with ‘litter-grabbers’, bags, and a variety of refreshments. At noon, back at the shed, we’ll have some great prize giveaways. Appropriate foot gear and a hat is recommended. It’s an all-ages event, and groups are welcomed.

If you’d like to participate, please e-mail Paul Finkleman at: pastpresident@theweaselhead.com and let him know how many will be coming with you. Feel free to pass this message on to anyone you think may be interested in helping out.

Thanking you on behalf of the Weaselhead/Glenmore Park Preservation Society,

Paul Finkleman

Weaselhead Clean-up Coordinator
